This is REQUIRED for all Firearms sales

Please complete and include with your firearms order

1) Please upload a high quality color image of the FRONT and the BACK of your PAL license (see below)
- Images should be minimum 500x500 pixels and maximum of 800x800 pixels in size.

2) Please upload a high quality color image of another form of valid (must not be expired) identification issued by a federal, provincial, territorial or state government authority (see below)
- Images should be minimum 500x500 pixels and maximum of 800x800 pixels in size.
- To be considered acceptable, the valid identification must include your:

1. Name
2. Date of birth
3. Photo
4. Signature

Valid acceptable identification includes:

• Driver's license
  
• Canadian military identification card
• Government-issued identification card
  
• Health card
• Canadian citizenship card
  
• Passport
